Our Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Chloe Clean Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and its clients, hereinafter referred to as "the Client." By engaging our cleaning services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before availing of our services.


The Company will provide professional cleaning services as specified in the agreed-upon quotation or service contract.

Payment and Pricing

The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the cleaning services provided by the Company. Pricing may vary based on the scope and frequency of the services required. Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or service contract.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client must provide a minimum notice period for any cancellation or Rescheduling of cleaning appointments. The specific notice period will be 24 hours. Please comply to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.

Services Not Offered

The following services are not offered by the Company:

  • Exterior Cleaning: The Company does not provide cleaning services for the exterior of buildings(garage, patio balcony), windows on high-rise buildings, or any external areas beyond the ground level.
  • Pest Control: The Company does not offer pest control services. A specialized pest control provider must handle any pest-related issues.
  • Moving Heavy Furniture: The Company will not move heavy furniture or items that require specialized handling. The Client must ensure that such things are moved before the cleaning session. Fragile objects must be moved as well.
  • Biohazardous Materials: The Company will not handle or dispose of biohazardous materials, including but not limited to blood, bodily fluids, mold, and hazardous chemicals.
  • Pet Waste: The Company will not clean up pet waste indoors or outdoors.
  • Other: ceilings, crawl spaces, confined spaces.

Access to Premises

The Client must ensure that the Company's cleaning staff has safe and unrestricted access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning appointments. If access is restricted or denied, the Client may be charged a waiting or cancellation fee. Having areas decluttered and ready for cleaning. The Company will not be moving any furniture.

Client's Obligations

The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises to be cleaned, including any potential hazards or specific requirements. Nothing higher than the reach of a 2-Step ladder is permitted.


While the Company takes every precaution to ensure safety and security during its cleaning services, the Client agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur on the premises unless they result from the Company's negligence. As well as the Client will be held liable for any damage caused by pets.

Complaints and Claims

The Client must inform the Company within 24 hours of the cleaning service if there are any issues or complaints. The Company will review and address the concerns promptly.


The Company agrees to keep all client information and any sensitive data confidential.

Termination of Services

Both the Company and the Client reserve the right to terminate the cleaning services at any time for any reason. The Client must provide reasonable notice, as the quotation or service contract outlines.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on the Company's website or providing written notice to the Client.

By engaging our cleaning services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
